Are you doing the MC as written?

There is no "small cheat" If you eat "anything" you put a stop to the fasting process and the system must empty itself again and start all over.

10 white stones 1 in in diameter does not sound like anything that would come from the colon but more from the liver/gall bladder. Passing stuff from the liver /gallbladder on an MC if done as written while not unheard of is highly unlikely.
