MC - shift physical, mental & spiritual

I am doing pretty good. I passed the day three fairly well with a small cheat... avocado. I I have had a little tiredness in the beginning. I did a couple coffee enemas. That helped the nausea. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) was working pretty good last week but yesterday and today I took it an nothing happened? HUH how is that possible? Where did it go? I got a massage on day 5 an had a lot of organ pain pancreas,liver, kidney and low back.

Something is happening on more than one plane. I have been having problems and as I clear the physical I clear the mental. It flows faster. I am getting better response from the universe to my requests. I am not flailing around in rejection and step to the table and say SOLVE - it's not working find another way. PERIOD.

I have been boomeranged back to a place i don't want. I have had this happen 2 times. I now have decided that there is something I need here I didn't get before I went out. And before I got I must get it. That's why life boomerang me back.

The family issue is old, - its been a lifetime as an adult and it will never change - complaining about blood from a turnip wont help. I know that - but I never made the next bridge. I must do so now.

I finally feel like I am on my path again and not off course. I feel like I am finally catching the wind and currents back to my spiritual flow of life. I am finding affinity with many people online. And I am trying to maximize the support I do have.

I have had a big change today - day 7 - finally a mass from the colon without any input of food. OK Finally here, cellular cleansing. How and where did my body get it? How does it get into the elimination system? I have a burst of energy that lets me work 20 hours as this stuff is eliminated. And I am finally able to sleep.

I still have my periods of fear...but I now get a 'cancell' thought much sooner, or I continue working while having fear. I am amazed at the rapidity of the universe to my thoughts and realize I must control the negativity as i am producing it in the physical realm. When I do work, I am getting response quickly.

I realized my approach was wrong - I was going to places people I liked and tried to engage them in my vision.Now I see the way to do it - is put yourself out to the universe and see who shows up. Its much faster, better match and easier flow. Not a bunch of drama, guessing, and figuring out what they mean as they jockey to your idea.

If they are in agreement - they are there.

Kind of like fishing. Know where to put your line, but don't go where everyone else is fishing.
