and as one who had done some cleansing stuff, but not a ton
maybe 3 or 4 week long juice fast/bowel cleanses and one liver flush
and a series of colonics
maybe a couple of other things
my liver/GB and kidneys are certainly complaining.
I am preparing for another Liver Flush in two weekends
leading into it with parasite cleansing and several colonics
and a plan to follow it with more
