Re: liver tonic instead of flushes?

i'm preparing to do my first ortho-phos/espsom salt/oliveoil cleanse.--so i've been researching cleanse protocols a lot lately.
I do see on http://www.kitchendoctor.com a flush that doesn't involve ortho-phos. They utilize an herbal product called Stone Free by Planetary Herbs. Ingrid Naiman(kitchendoctor.com)does propose using the olive oil part of cleansing.

One thing you may want to look into is that you may not be doing a thorough enough cleanse - may need to incorporate homeopathy - Theresa Dale,N.D. invented an 11-day cleanse that incorporates herbals & homeopathics & ortho-phos. Her website is: http://www.wellnesscenter.net
