If what you have was caused by a spider bite, antibiotics are often ineffective, as they work only against bacterial infections which might be present but may not be effective against spider venom.  On the other hand, you may have a bacterial infection that is resistant to antibiotics.  In either case a good quality colloidal silver could be part of the solution.
