HELP! Are antibiotics still needed if there's still pus?

i was either bitten by a spider, a cyst or somehow a abscess magically appeared & grew to the size of an orange and got infected. either way, it was lanced and drained. now, there's a quarter size, gaping hole in my butt and the Antibiotics just ran out and i still see a lil pus around the edges. the prescription ended and maybe it's normal. i won't sit in the ER for another 12 hrs. maybe i can call the 1st doctor i went to... the one i paid to look at my butt for 30 seconds only to say that he can't help and to go to the ER. i though perhaps he could say if i should worry although i doubt you can give a diagnosis over the phone.

SO sorry, i wasn't sure where to post this since i dunno if this is a spider bite, a cyst gone over to the dark side, the most painful abscess from hell. i just know out of nowhere, 12 days ago, what i though was a pimple or spider bite grew bruides, hard, huge and PAIN FULL (i mean bad and i used to pride myself on what a high thresh hold i had) and then full of pus and finally exploding in the er where the dr. said i was lucky it was my butt! now, 12 days later, feels 85% better the orange has become yes a gole and just has a lil pus, but still better. i just want to play it safe without over reacting. i would think 12 days of Antibiotics would be enough.
