IF any of you want to do threelac, but want a 'live' version of it try symbion probiotics (cheaper too).

I just placed an order and received it, haven't tried it yet.

It's Bacillus Coagulans 200 million(same as L. Sporogenes), Bacillus Subtilis 200 million(mentioned above by jorge) and E. Feacium 100 million(instead of Feacalis, which is in threelac).

But threelac has all that extra shit in it. Like canola oil, for what? to coat the probiotics from stomach acid we don't have anyway? lol.. This only has those 3 plus FOS.

Anyway, I thought I would throw this out here for u guys. Cheshire, if i were u I would do this.. seeing that threelac did something.
