Here is my new strategy to kill small intestinal bacterial overgrowth known as SIBO The strategy to kill SIBO has to have several lines of attack. SIBO is an anaerobic bacteria the antagonist is oxygen, so I focus on that aspect in trying to kill this thing. I'm taking 3% Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide I've read it should be 3% and 10-20 drops in a liter of water. I just use a capful in a liter of water, drink it away from food. I think cellfood or Oxigen might also work....haven't had time to experiment with it yet. I was thinking hydrogen peroxide IV's, but that would not pentrate the small bowel only the blood. I hope to run that by my ND this week. I read the book SCD Breaking the vicious cycle book apparently this diet has cured tons of people from digestive issues. I also purchased a few bottle of bacilus subtilis I bought it on-line finally found it the bottle has Candida Yeast support on it has 25 million Bacilus Subtilus and it has some other probiotics in it too, Bacilus Subtilus is nothing short of miraculous it used to be the
Antibiotic of choice it saved a lot of military mens lives in UK during the war. There must be brand somewhere that sells only this single strain of bacilus subtilus I just don't have time to resesearch it now. My integrative medicine doctor gave me a few boxes of a nightly suppository Notatum this seriously penetrates that small bowel area and is working to kill SIBO bacteria. I think that a a war is going on my body a FULL LINE OF DEFENSE is needed to win. Keep a diary to see what works and how you feel. Stay consistent. I stick to the SCD Diet which is super easy to do, take the food grade hydrogen peroxide in water away from food, I also take peppermint pills 3-4 times a day. I use the suppositories. I take interphase to kill the biofilm around the bacteria I take it 20 minutes before you take your medication your choosing, I prefer chinese formula classical pearls dragan/ thunder etc. I also take garlic, berberine and olive leaf/oregano extract. I hope this helps someone.
