I ordered 11 books the first time, the shipping was $15.87.  I got all 11 books.

The second time I ordered 20 books, the shipping was $21.87 however, I checked the shipment and saw that the weight was only 2.7 pounds so I called to see how many books they shipped me.  They shipped 3 books out of the 20.  

I asked them when I could expect the remaining books to be shipped, they told me they wouldn't be shipped that there had been a glitch in the programming of the web page.  The books were supposed to be limited to one book per customer.  I then asked when I could expect a refund of the shipping charges and she told me the web dept. was busy and would have to call me back.

Quite truthfully I never expected I'd get a call back but in less than five minutes the web dept. called me back and told me they were refunding me $12.87 as we were speaking and that for my trouble she was sending me one more book free of charge!  WOW!!!  I'll have to say that Dr. Schulze's company has GREAT customer service!!!!  I'm a happy camper lol!
