I guess I must be right in my thinking the more copies ordered the CHEAPER the shipping and handling charges are. BIG BIG difference.
It appears that you would do better to CANCEL (if possible) your order and do a new order for several copies. Give the extras as gifts to interested people OR sell them to recoup your shipping charges.
Thanks for posting this. It will be a big help for anyone wanting to order one copy! Of course, the information in this book is well worth $8.50.
