Re: My Gallstone Experience

This isn't very good advice. It is just a personal experience story.

The pectin in the apple juice is forcing the liver to produce fresh bile and expelling the old. Gallstones in the gallbladder encourage the formation of thick glutinous bile which can be responsible for the biliary attach rather than gallstones.

Painkillers tend to slow down the biliary system even more and slow down recovery. Stretching and massage is a more natural recovery path, even walking helps.

Taking a tablespoon of Epsom Salts in 3/4 glass of warm water on an empty stomach is the best medicine for biliary pain.
