Re: My Gallstone Experience
When you're doing a GB cleanse, the lemon juice and/or the fresh grapefruit juice is there to cut the effect of the nausea of the olive oil (great stuff). Then the
Epsom Salts is used to number one, help you clean out before the cleanse; and number two, relax those bile ducts to allow that stuff to pass. And boy, does it! It may taste as nasty as heck, but it sure does help relax your bile ducts. I passed some huge stuff once when I got the preliminary stuff cleaned out.
If it wasn't for the fact that I had two tiny stones on my last cleanse to where they got stuck in my bile duct and were obstructing my pancreas, I would still have my GB. My GB was totally cleaned out when I had it removed, but I was ill with pancreatitis.
But once I passed some stuff well over an
inch. Strange looking, aqua and dark green stones. Not really hard, but even though I was so the next day like I had done sit-ups, I felt very good.
One thing that I want to add about the ES, I started drinking that mess through a straw and it surely does help. I tried mg citrate once, and it just didn't work as good as the ES. But you need that ES to help your bile ducts relax. I'm being honest here.
