If you are fighting a school district over mandatory vaccines, and they deny the exemptions there are more obscure ways.  There is  the fact that forcing medical procedures is illegal and threatening to withhold a child from school unless you get them vaccinated constitutes felony coercion, which means the people making the threat can be arrested by Citizen's Arrest.  This can really open a big can of legal worms for the school district.  And it can be pointed out that vaccines have never been proven to work, have not been proven safe, nor do they undergo the required safety and effectiveness testing required by the FDA for drugs.  These are great arguments if it goes to Court.  Also the school officials by telling someone that they have to have a vaccine actually constitutes prescribing.  If they are not licensed medical professionals then they are practicing medicine without a license and therefore are breaking the law.  The government's own laws can be used against them so easily and in so many ways.
