Could this all be caused by my Mirena?

This is gonna be kind of long so I am gonna say Sorry before I start. I got my mirena inserted Oct. 5 , 2005. My mom was hospitalized 3 days later with kidney failure. She passed away in August of 06. I got a divorce in October of 06. Needless to say if I had any side effects I was to busy to notice. After I moved back home I remember having reoccuring sinus infections, joint pain, head aches and my dad made the comment all the time about I shed more than his dog did (hair loss). My dad had massive heart attack and passed away May 09. After that it really hit.
1.Hardly no sleep at all and if I did sleep it was never restfull.
2.Muscle and joint pain
3.weight gain have trouble losing weight eat like a bird 4.chronic fatigue
5.always feeling like I was coming down with something
6.at night I would feel cold but my boyfriend said I would burn him up
7.depression
8.more hair loss
9.yeast infections
10.short term memory loss
11.will be in middle of conversation and can not remember what word comes next.
12.poor concentration
13. can not comprehend anything that i read or see when i get tired
14. when i get tired I get very dyslexic words and numbers.
15. Low blood pressure
16. Severe headaches
17. Mood swings
18> Acne
Plus others

I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia and possible Subclinical Hypothroid.
I am on medicine in the morning to give me energy and at night on meds to help me sleep and for the aches and pains.
I went for my pap this past Tuesday and we got to talking more and now the doctor thinks it all could be a hormone imbalance. I have got to reading and it could all be from my Mirena. Does anyone else have any of these symptoms?
Could this all be caused from my Mirena? I have no insurance now and family planning will not pay for anything says I make to much money. Go figure I make to much and after I pay the bills and buy food and gas i barely have enough to pay for all these meds.
What do you all think? Mirena or not causing the problems.
