treatment for hypothyroidism

I have suffered for over thirty years with multiple chemical sensitivities and have just recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. After having a reaction to two different medications, both of which were made at a compounding pharmacy that I have trusted for years, I am beginning to wonder if there are any medications or treatments for hypothyroidism that have been succesful for those with multiple chemical sensitivities. Any advice would be welcomed.
