Help please - Hypothyroid + nodules

I just got back my results for my thyroid, could someone please help expain what these mean?
TSH 3.5
FT4 13 (9.00-25.00)
FT3 6.5 (3.5-6.5)

At the moment Im not on any meds, Im just taking kelp and a few other supplements.
I can’t understand why my ft3 is high while my ft4 is towards the low end. Its kind of worrying me. The doctor said my ft3 was high but didn't really say anything else about it.

Does anybody know why this is happening? I have been feeling ill for 7 years now, not being able to find a doctor to help me. Usually when I’ve had my ft4 and ft3 levels done, they both have been below the range. I have only ever been taking iodine, and kelp for my thyroid.

I also have just found out that I have a small thyroid nodules. Which I find odd because I have been taking the Iodine and kelp for a loooong time now, and I read that nodules are caused by lack of Iodine in the diet. Could this mean it is cancerous?

I have just been prescribed progesterone (not sure if I’m meant to take it cause tests weren‘t done on day 21 of cycle) should I complete my gallbladder/ Liver Flush before I start taking progesterone? Will I over load my liver, If I start taking the hormones while I have Gallstones etc. Hope that makes sense.

If anybody can help answer anything from my post, it would be greatly appreciated.
