Re: Help!

Last Monday I swallowed a small amount of someone else's stool in an attempt to recolonize my bowel with bacteria. I think I'm now in serious trouble. I have been suffering extreme anxiety, insomnia and elevated heart rate the last few days. The anxiety being the worst symptom. Although I am worried, the anxiety started by itself, and is not simply a product of my worrying. I wasn't worrying before the anxiety started, and not even for the first day or so, only now am I worrying. I believe the anxiety is a symptom of an infection. It doesn't seem to respond to any relaxation techniques. I took a proton pump inhibitor prior to swallowing the poo, so I may have infected my stomach. It also feels like I have gastritis.

I think I have caused an overgrowth/infection of bacteria in my upper GI tract, my oesophagus, stomach and small intestine. I am scared out of my mind. I have been battling candidiasis for the last year brought on by antibiotics. The last thing I want to do is take antibiotics, but I'm at my wits end. I am thinking lots of suicidal thoughts. If it is bacterial infection I probably need to take antibiotics sooner rather than later. But I don't want to take antibiotics unless I absolutely have to.

What should I do?

Get some kefir and drink as much as you can.  The beneficial bacteria will overwhelm the bad bacteria.

In addition the toxins produced by the E. coli can cause damage to the organs such as the kidneys.  Therefore I highly recommend blood cleansers.  The best is chaparral followed by burdock root.  I recommend taking the herbs at least an hour away from the kefir though.

Nettle leaf can be used to support the kidneys and to feed the beneficial bacteria.
