I've been on this candida battle for about 2 years now and I've basically done every part of the SOS (Same old shit) plan including antifungals and the diet. I'm now trying a new approach, I haven't used any antifungals in 3 weeks and I'm eating about 200g of fructose a day from fruits. I'm not healed, but I'm feeling as good as I did on the anti-candida diet with all the supplements (and $500 a week of treatments for IV ozone and IV vitamin drips) so that's a big sign to me. Right now my plan of attack is

Raw Vegan (Mostly Kale juice and fruits but it's hard because I have a lot of food sensitivities and sometimes I don't even notice)

Wheat Grass Juice every day on empty stomach (2-4 oz in 1-2 doses per day)

Okra Pepsin E3 (2 pills before a meal)

Indigo Treatments once every 5 days (The QXCI/SCIO machine, these help a lot and are good diagnostic tools. )

I'm going to be adding the Black Strap Molasses, Calcium, and Magnesium drink that is mentioned in one of the posts this wed(when my stuff arrives). And I'm also starting the systemic and digestive enzymes at that point. I wish I could give more info, but I don't have the energy to walk anyone through it yet as I haven't taken this road as far as it can go yet. I can say though that it is already showing more promising results than the anti candida diet. It is amazing to me how it's looking like the cure to all diseases has been on this site for years.
