I'm new to posting here, but I've been coming around for years, and I began the Candida diet and Adrenal Fatigue diet about a month ago (with guidance from these forums) with a few tiny signs of improvement.
When I read the first post in this string, I got tears in my eyes. I'm not the only one who has to worry about hypersensitivity to vitamins! This is such a lonely disease because most people think it's all in our minds, but I research vitamins to the inth degree, trying to make sure they don't contain anything that will make me feel buzzed, but more often than not, I take one, and I don't sleep a wink that night, and I'm all nervous and hyper.
I'm guessing this has been discussed before, and I just missed it. What a relief. I'm not crazy.....well, not completely.
