Are you drinking water with lemon? I sometimes throw an entire lemon through the juicer, if I'm feeling particularly thirsty for cleansing and bit C. Also, what about nutritional yeast? It is full of b vitamins. I like to add it to my chicken broth.
I will cook chicken bones all day and then take the broth and add a scoop of butter, a big pinch of Sea Salt and the tablespoon full of nutritional yeast. My body feels very happy when I do this. I don't know if it has enough b vitamins, but I'm sure that it will help.
