Basically I began eating raw vegan for about a week and I felt great. I had done several weeks of chanca and ate lots of apples and used otophosophoric acid. I got a colonic then I did a Liver Flush and I got another colonic 48 hours later. I saw about 300 stones, no complications at all.
But after doing the Liver Flush I've been feeling slightly worse. Now it seems i"ve developed some food allergies to fruits which I never had before. Can anyone make sense of this? When I eat grapes I get this insane burning in my stomach and when I eat mango I get a severe tightness in my chest. I'm hoping the first Liver Flush stirred things up so it's a get worse before you get better type of thing? I've been on a raw vegan diet for 2 weeks now and I thought it could be the detoxification effects but then I remember how much better i felt after the first week and it's only after the liver flush that I'm feeling worse.
