What is this sore? parasite or not?

About 1mo or more ago my husband started getting sores that looked like ringworm-scalp, back of neck & chest. Nothing ever drained from them. He said they felt like there was a sand-bir in the sore it was so bad. At one time he thought he pulled "something" out of it that to me described a parasite, very small & black, almost like a hair, but the one he pulled out after that he could feel "something" in the sore-he reached up, dug his fingernail under the raised sore, & pulled out what I thought looked like a worm. We have tried EVERYTHING, lotrimin for ringworm, thinking that was what it was, didnt work. Now Even wart remover, bleach, iodine, a razor, newest is drawing salve. At one time he had probably 8 to 10 sores on his chest, neck & scalp, also went into ear. They seem to go away, them reappear somethwere else. When I was trying to clean one out, I swear I saw two what looked like "smoke stakes" come up out of the sore, and then by the time I got tweezers, they disappeared. He has trued full strength bleach, rubbing alcohol, skin cleansers, nail polish, corn removers, everything. Is there a worm or parasite that actually borrows down. I could swear I saw something move before, but it may of been my imagination. Also, I have noticed there is an odor in my house now, and at times when I am close to him, it seems to be coming from him. Am I crazy or what? PLEASE HELP! He refuses to go to the doctor. Referred itch-when he's around, I itch all over, but I know it's just my imagination. They are very very painful, he says feels like a sand-bur sticking into open sores, but when he presses on the sore, it seems to disappear. HELP PLEASE
