A month should be enough. Dr. Clark recommends doing 4 weeks of parasite cleansing prior to LF. Take a large dose a couple days before your flush. I don't know if you can ever be sure you purged all the parasites. I've never seen anything coming out of me that looked suspicious. I'm sure i had microscopic parasites, but nothing visible for me except the spongy, jelly mucus and a piece of plastic bag!! that came out during enema. If nothing else i got rid of those and it feels good.
