Acid Reflux - how long before it went away

I had my Mirena removed in July, unfortunately I had all the horrible symptoms that everyone here has listed. I have felt better since having it out, though still have some ups and downs. Right now I seem to be suffering from horrible acid reflux. It appears from looking at some posts on here that others have had this issue post-removal. Can any of you that have had this problem tell me how long it lasted? Have you been able to get over it after some time?
