Good luck with the fast next week , how long you will be going for eventually ?
I just had 21 days till end of August and I want to start another one the end of this month (which would be 45 days in between)...I guess, I can do 10-14 days. Any recommendations? How long should the break be in between ,I dont want to overdo it.. any recommendations?
