I originally posted this on "The Truth in Medicine" forum, but it is applicable to my last post, so here it is.
Weed pie, one of my daughter's favourite dinners, collect nettle leaf, spinach (wild spinach if you can get it), dandelion leaves and sea lettuce, or any wild greens you care to add. I mix these with cottage cheese (organic), or raw goats cheese, add some herbs to taste, I like garlic and chilli as well. 2 whole eggs mixed in, cook it in a pie shell, (I use gluten free pastry), and voila, you have weed pie. Have it with a roast beetroot, pumpkin and fresh fig salad :)
