no doubt she was plagued by some of the very biowarfare tools that we are dealing with today on this forum. so for those who wright her off because in the end she was unable to rid all of these pathogens is both cruel and ignorant. certainly she paved the way for much of what followed. and it would be grossly unfair to hold her to a standard of perfection. did she eliminate disease entirely? of course not. did she show the way forward? I certainly think so, and thank her for her work however imperfect it may have been.
