Re: What's going on? - n/m

Having a colema or colonic cleanse two hours before the first Epsom dose seems to work well in eliminating post-flush symptoms and was much advised by Andreas Moritz . The oil needs to pass swiftly through the GI tract and most people suffer from an extremely slowed down transit time. Some even experience a delayed reaction to Epsom Salts of 12 hours or more!! When the oil lingers too long in there that's when you begin to feel sick so you certainly want to have the colon at its clearest. Doing it the Moritz way, of course, requires you do yet another colema three days after the flush -and that one's even more important-.
Drinking the Coke flush potion at 10, however, may make for a more pleasant flush experience even if still following the rest of the Clark procedure. The Coke pushes the oil with unparalleled power.
