The Psyllium Husks will give you directions on how much to take of their brand. The Bentonite can be gotten on line. The best is Great Plains by Yerba Prima. Their website is http://www.yerba.com Take a tablespoon of it. Put them both in 6 to 8 ozs. juice, or hot water with disolved bullion cubes and chase with another glass of water.
