and live a long time. The 3 key things to longevity are: yogurt, olive oil and cabbage, yes the lowly cabbage, it has many curative benefits. Break out the coleslaw!
I would add: coconut oil, plantains/bananas, artichokes, green vegetables, apples, milk/yogurt, garlic, lemons, kale, grapes/wine, oats/bran/, tomatoes, beans, green tea, onions, carrots, eggs, nuts/seeds, fish, apricot, spinach...to name a few, and the occasional steak.
