I know what you mean, i've been called for a mammogram, but not going, and didn't go last time.

I end up having dental xrays alot, that can't be avoided. I've heard they can harm your thyroid, and as i already have hypothyroidism that worries me.

only equivalent to 20-30 xrays!! I like the 'only' part.
