When I felt bogged down by Iodoral, because of the elemental, I added Trapper's SSKI, and I felt lightened. If your GF takes 2 drops and can feel a difference, then she can work on what her best ratio between the two would be. BTW, 2 drops (edit -- added to the 50 mg Iodoral) would put her within spittin' distance of 100 mg iodine/iodide.
