Ok, ok ... I am beginning to believe that it MIGHT be ok to eat soy ... and I am almost convinced that phytoestrogenic plants are a good thing to consume ...
They are about impossible to avoid if you eat plants:
so that being said ... other than fermented soy like tofu, miso, temph ... should I just up the best phytoesterongenic plants in my diet or should I supplement too?
Supplementation is not really needed. As I pointed out in previous posts they are widespread in the diet if plants material is being consumed. Flax seed is especially rich being something like 2 1/2 times more of a phytoestrogen level than soy.
