One way or the other you're going to convince me to eat soy again aren't you! LOL
Ok, ok ... I am beginning to believe that it MIGHT be ok to eat soy ... and I am almost convinced that phytoestrogenic plants are a good thing to consume ... so that being said ... other than fermented soy like tofu, miso, temph ... should I just up the best phytoesterongenic plants in my diet or should I supplement too?
