There are xray machines at the ports that can xray an entire trailer. The costs are far less than millions. They will xray your entire body now at the airport. But, no, they wouldn't and aren't capable of xraying freight through Fedex. And they don't irradiate food because it kills bacteria either, right? Not much else to write on that subject. Everything is all good and there's nothing going on out there that need concern us.

You sound just like the management and salespeople selling the xray machines. They also told policemen they didn't have to worry about their radar guns and a high percentage of them ended up with cancer.
