Traveling soon. how to avoid radiation?

I plan to go to Thailand for a few months, to avoid the cold winter that's coming up .

my concern is that i want to bring supplements along, but would like to avoid the radiation of the luggage screening machine... so my questions are:

whats the best way to avoid this radiation?

is it strong enough to care about?
