Re: Drinking salty water

I exercise daily cycling 12 km and I walk. Live on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs. Never been overweight, always been slim and fit.
I have Primary Lymphedema which doctors say is a defect lymphatic system from birth. I had the first "outbreak" at the age of 3 when my arm started swelling upon an insectbite, and it started in my leg last year upon a heavy lift where I hurt my lower back.
Perhaps I do have poor circulation in general, have hemorhoids all the time too, which I belive can come from poor circulation. I did think though that they might come from cycling. I have read here on Cz that Lymphedema comes from oxidative stress and that avoiding certain foods and having others may clean the system and allow the lymphatic system to do its job properly again. What do you think?
Would you say that the a pinch of salt in a glass of water 8 times a day will not bind the fluid to the body/tissue?
