Can Candida Block Bile in the Liver or Gallbladder?
Hello!
Here are some questions that I have:
1. Can there be an overgrowth of Candida/yeast in the liver, gallbladder or small intestine? If so, can they block bile in the liver or gallbladder?
2. Can Candida/yeast cause symptoms similar to a gallbladder attack?
3. Can Candida/yeast cause frequent indigestion?
I have definitely tested positive (3+) for Candida/yeast on the G.I. Effects Stool Test from Metametrix Labs. I also tested positive for
parasites (taxonomy unknown/unavailable). I have been experiencing frequent nausea and dull ache/abdominal discomfort in the area of my liver, gallbladder and small intestine. Also, I have lost a lot of weight (over 25 lbs.), experience hair loss/thinning and facial acne.
I've had two ultrasounds done which showed NO
Gallstones or biliary dilatation. I have no problems with diarrhea or constipation. So, I wonder if Candida/yeast (and parasites) can be the main culprit to all the symptoms that I am experiencing...
I'd like to hear any one's thoughts or comments. Thanks!
Regards,
Alegre
