Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have anal fissure and am taking sitz baths with Epsom Salt and recently ordered manuka honey to apply which I hope will help. I may also use olive oil as you suggested. I am fairly sure that my bile ducts are blocked. I'm in a bad position here because I want to continue my protocol but cant because of this stupid fissure. How long do you think I should wait before flushing after the fissure has healed? I don't want to reopen it. Tweet
