This is the rule to impoverish Americans, whilst we sit on the Balken fields in northern US and Southern Canada the worlds largest deposit of petroleum we are paying debilitating prices to run our vehicles and warm our homes! Then turn to the inefficient monstrosities called wind turbine farms we face an increase of five or six times what we are paying now for kilowatts per hour! The Factor of Four is what drives this belief system called Environmentalism, that and the sheep who have fallen head over heels for this fools religion !
