I've been trying to stay on a no fruit, no grain candida diet but I tolerate fruit well at first, say maybe 1 serving a day, but I keep binging and then feel noticeable negative affects.
Does anyone know which can be added back in first? Brown rice or fruits? I want to try brown rice instead but everytime I go into relapse it costs me a lot of time because it takes me several days to even admit to myself that I've cheated and it's a problem. I'm so desperate to hope that I can actually tolerate fruit or rice that I often let it go on for a long time before i even realize.
