Intervals Between UT and Meals

Hello all,

The following information was brought in Coen van der Kroon's book with no explanation: "Do not eat up to thirty minutes after drinking your urine. After a meal, wait for at least an hour before drinking any urine."

I will be glad if any of you could explain the logic behind the above quote.
