The Humaworm site says you can use Ex-Lax or do a plain warm water enema. I would suggest the warm water enema at once, and the Ex-Lax before bedtime.

If you will go and read extensively on the Humaworm site, especially the FAQ's, it will answer a lot of your questions. I can tell you are desperate, but this is a long term process, and you can't expect an overnight cure.
