Need to move bowels. No natural stool in 6 weeks approximately.

Any ideas on getting the system moving again naturally. I do have a bottle of Dr. Schulze formula 1 but I don't want to cause dependency. May have no other options. Wary of making things worse. Doing colonics and did a coffee enema but those are too much with my poor adrenal function.Can't seem to have a normal bowel movement. I need to move some of these toxins out sooner rather then later. Very vitamin deficient and wasting away with little to no digestive acids and fat absorbtion at all. Gotta get the die off toxins out asap from yeast and parasites.
