Having Hashimoto's, how do I start, Ive read a ton!

I have read and read and I cant get a hold of Janie. So is Lugols brand of choice? Im a little scared. Do I paint it directly on thyroid? I tried Atom Iodine a very long time ago and got an extreme fast heartbeat, so the memory remains. How slow do I go? Also I have parasites. A very nice young lady has answered a few questions, I just already have so many symptoms, I guess Im a big chicken. And Iodine is anti-parasitic isn't it? Tone
