Thank you Actualhealth! I've searched everywhere for information on this question and its been very hard to get an answer. Turns out I was only able to do a 24 hour fast this time, but I hope to do a longer one in the future when I can also take a vacation to reduce stress and get adequate rest. Thanks again!
