I have easiyo (http://www.easiyo.com/). When I went looking for a yogurt maker a year or so ago, I wanted one that didn't have those stupid little cups. I stumbled across the easiyo (looking on amazon) and it makes 4 cups at a time. You boil water and put it in the big container and your milk and starter in the little one. Put the little one in the big one and the boiling water keeps the milk warm and in as little as 6 hours you have yogurt. I usually let it sit for at least 18 hrs. The only drawback is the plastic container. I've had on my list to look for a glass jar that is the right size to replace the plastic container. But other than that, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my easiyo. Clean up is a breeze and you don't have to fool with the candy thermometer or get a pot dirty heating up the milk. I have a glass 4 cup measuring cup that I mix my starter plain yogurt, milk and a spoonful of kid-dopholus for good measure, wisk everything up and pour it in the container, screw on the cap and shake it up good. I pour in the boiling water in the thermos, slide in the container with my milk, starter and probiotic and screw on the thermos lid and I am done. All I have to clean up is a wisk and my measuring cup. Very easy! The next best thing to very little clean up is you don't have to plug it in!! And it's only $24.95 at Amazon!
