Most churches have sold their soul to the ABC authorities in this part of the world. And I believe -just my opinion- that is the reason why Fasting, as a part of our lives,is not introduced by most preachers. Big Pharma, big Agrobiz, etc., need their slaves to profit.

Fasting also gives us a feeling of self empowerment they don't like us to have, so we can be fearful, insecure, and easily manipulated into drugs, bad food, and other means of social control.

Any way, excuse the rant. I salute your self confidence, your ability to trust the signs your body is offering you. Indeed, symptoms tell every thing. Tweet
