When I have a problem or my doctor says I need something, like gallbladder surgery, I have a telephone consultation with him. It is not cheap it $85 for half an hour.
As it is I have an appointment with him Tuesday. I have a new problem so I sent him the info from the ultrasound and we are going to discuss it.
In between small questions I put on his forum.
