Re: when abdominal distension doesn't go down (even with regular BMs and modifying diet)

Yep, convinced I have low HCL (further convinced after a phone consult w/ an NP recently). I've had candidiasis for yrs but this was never addressed. Right now I'm taking Solaray brand HCl w Pepsin, but only because I was low on funds --I've since heard this is a weak formula -any thoughts? I plan to order the Thorne Research brand this week. With the Solaray, I've been taking ither one or two capsules with each meal.

I'm also CERTAIN that I have liver issues after all of what I've tried for candidiasis, and an overburdened liver. I'm also planning to buy the Thorne Research "TAPS" that helps address this.

I'm doing an Oxypowder cleanse right now (at 7-day mark but will probably extend it a bit as I'm expelling lots), and plan to do Liver Flushes as well as a parasite cleanse. Which would you recommend doing first? On these forums I'm reading some who say Liver first, some who say Parasite first.
